Clear All Features

Description

Clear All Features lets you cancel most of the features activated on your extension or another user's extension.

Conditions and Feature Interactions

Clear All Features will cancel:
Call Forward (all types)
Do Not Disturb
Callbacks that you have set
Reminders.

Clear All Features will not cancel:

Hold (any type)
Account Codes (voice or data)
Rerouting
Callbacks set against your station
Message waiting notifications.
Clear All Features will not return the COS or COR to default values.

Programming

Class of Service Options form

Enable Clear All Features Remote to allow the station to cancel features on a remote station.

Feature Access Codes form

Assign feature access codes to Clear All Features and Remote Clear All Features.

Device Support

Supported on all devices.

Operation

Mitel and 2500 telephones

To Clear All Features from your station:

Lift the handset.
Dial the Clear All Features feature access code.

To Clear All Features from a remote station:

Lift the handset.
Dial the Remote Clear All Features feature access code.
Dial the number of the station to be cleared.

Press CLR.

Symbol MiNET Wireless Phone

Press top left hand key.
